Problem Statement
The challenge was to design an intuitive food delivery app that addresses common pain points such as complex navigation, lack of real-time tracking, and a cumbersome checkout process. The goal was to deliver a design that simplifies these processes while enhancing overall user satisfaction.
Wireframes
I began with low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to establish the layout and navigation flow. These early designs allowed for quick iteration and testing of different layouts.
Visual Design
The visual design focused on creating an inviting and appetizing experience. I chose a vibrant color palette dominated by warm tones like orange and green to stimulate appetite while maintaining a clean, modern look.
Typography: Lato
Icons: Minimalistic and easy to understand.
Buttons: Rounded edges for a user-friendly appearance.

User Flow
I mapped out the user journey to ensure the app flow was simple and efficient. The goal was to minimize the number of steps needed to place an order while providing clear navigation and actionable elements.

Prototype & Iteration
Using Figma's prototyping tools, I created an interactive prototype to simulate the user journey. The prototype included key interactions such as searching for restaurants, adding items to the cart, and viewing real-time order tracking."
Through self-review and iterative testing, I identified areas for improvement, such as reducing the checkout process from three steps to two for a smoother user experience.
Conclusion
The Foodz Delivery App project successfully achieved its goal of creating an intuitive and user-friendly food delivery experience. the final product delivers a streamlined solution that addresses key user pain points in food delivery. The app's focus on personalization, dietary considerations, and real-time tracking demonstrates a deep understanding of user needs while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic.
